Aleppo is adjacent to kurdish lands so there might be truth in Baloch claims that they have migrated from aleppo.
Kurds, whose origins are unknown, are not any different from other ME people genetically while Baluch people are although they are the closest to other ME people of all South Asian populations genetically wise. At least it appears to be the case if I recall some of the genetic tests that I once looked at.
Many of them (Kurds) have undoubtedly Semitic origins themselves. They are not a homogenous people by any means and reappeared very recently in history compared to other peoples of the ME. Aleppo is an ancient city (one of the oldest in the world) founded by Semitic peoples and its natives are Semites. Not Kurds. Kurds are a minority there.
I don't think that Baluch people have any connection with Kurds outside of an linguistic (which does not equal actual ancestry) and maybe some minor ancestral kinship.
I don't know any such Arab customs.
The only remotely similar customs I know about are the customs of the Bedouins who form a very small percentage of the total 450-500 million big Arab population nowadays.

Cannibalism, drinking blood from skulls of enemies is not something we have done. Or other Semites.
Regarding population movements then it's no secret that most people that settled in South Asia did it AFTER living on the Arabian Peninsula and the Arab world. This can be confirmed by taking a look at ancient human population movements and some historians also say that the founders of IVC (which shares many similarities with ancient civilizations of the ME) came from the ME originally.
At least historians have proven similarities between IVC and Mesopotamia and the Dilmun civilization in what is Eastern Arabia (Bahrain, KSA). All 3 civilizations were also trading partners. Geographically there is not a long distance between them either.
