Same as 10,000 years ago people of some areas wore no clothes and ate human flesh. But there is nothing to be proud about it.

Baluch are not descended from Arab tribes they are descended from ancient Iranian tribes known as Medes afaik. I think @DESERT FIGHTER would concur.

I think a small number of Arab tribes may have migrated, that's how these stories spread and eventually more and more people start claiming different origins. But over all Baluch people are Iranic people and have an ancient link with Kurds.

Modern Baluch are quite mixed, specially the ones from coastal areas which have a big African-Baluchi community.

Aleppo is adjacent to kurdish lands so there might be truth in Baloch claims that they have migrated from aleppo.
