I a m astonished with the uni's decision...Same man same qualifications 2 yrs ago ...What changed their minds? The only thing new in his CV is the murders he committed...

As for reciving punishment...Can you honestly tell me that was fair? Had it been your family members would it be fair from any angle? A wrong is a wrong....I would stand up for Norway any time of the day but in terms of punishments- I think it really is backwards....

Not everyone in Norway is doing life (21 years plus optional 5 year sentences until further determinations are concluded), most prisoners will be released at some point and we think it's best to afford them an education if they seek one. That allows them a chance to be productive once their debt-to-society has completed.
