According to IK last interview with Arshad Shareef, Nawaz family reach out to those countries. 2 muslim countries. Those two countries been discussed many times on TV.

Mr. Khan should publicly name the said countries who are what can only be described as disregard to sovereignty of a country.

God forbid next middle east spring if it rises in their country, Pakistanis may not be that much United to voice their concerns.

No civilized country or legal system will use the illness of an accused to blackmail him/her into a confession or plea bargain. That's just wrong. What needs to be done, which is not possible because of the lack of cooperation from foreign countries where the alleged wealth is stashed, is FIA and other institutions tracing the money and tying it to Nawaz Sharif. Even if that is done, the aforementioned lack of cooperation from Western governments means the GoP will never get its hands on the money.

Do a google search on the estimates of how much money earned through corruption is laundered to the West from around the world.

Have you heard about World Bank's STAR (Stolen Asset Reovery Program )or other similar initiatives taken up by European banks..Its true not everything can be recovered esp. the liquid converted to assets but parked money is still recoverable provided we take it up with them and stay engaged on it..Several other countries have done it..Our case is different because we make under the table deals for personal benefit

the 10 million dollars is the gateway to recovery of even foreign assets. adding in this bail after conviction is considered as an admission of guilt in international law PROVIDED it is an under a democratic government.

I think it's high time that u.k. along with its daddy the u.s. be called out for being safe havens for crooks & thugs from the third world. I'm sure Pakistanis in the u.k. would be more than happy to do a dharna of their own in front of the british parliament to force them to extradite and turn the looted wealth. PMIK just needs to reach out to them and it's game on.
