Myths about the Urdu language

Ask a historian which claims that Hinduism fathers all world religions and that Sanskrit fathers all world languages and historians which claim Indians fathers the whole world? Are these eminent historians based in Bangalore or what?

In Indian Punjab, all government documents and court language including High court at Chandigarh uses Punjabi language and they didn't kill the use of their ancestral language for the sake of the country's official language. That thing never happened in Pakistan, only Sindhis never abandoned their language.

maybe to you but to me Urdu looks more beautiful then Bengali

on topic yes Urdu originated in north India
& its one of the national languages of India along with that it is also the national language of Pakistan so its a shared language of both India & Pakistan

Indians are proud of their native culture,languages,religions & its perfectly fine & one should respect that
likewise Pakistanis are proud of their Persian,central Asian & Arabic cultural & religious influence along with its Islamic heritage & its perfectly fine & one should respect that

Com'n dude you didn't get the point of word "Mother tongue", At the age when a kid goes to school he/she already knows and can understand "Mother Tongue" if she is interested to teach. You don't join school, goes to courts or start reading govt. documents or poetry as soon as your born.

Well I mentioned about poetry as a part of it. Yes, I don't know much about Pakistani Punjab but do know lot about Indian Punjab.

Bengali language is beautiful to you more than any other languages, not because it is really more melodious than French or more advanced than German or English, but because it is your very own, it is your pride and your identity, and these reasons count more than any thing else. If your intellectuals like Rabindranath Tagore had chosen to pen down his thoughts in any other language then Bengali, just as their intellectuals like Iqbal did, then your language would not be enjoying the same status in your own eyes. It is a matter of pride and identity and unfortunately not all people have been bestowed upon these qualities by mother nature.

urdu is not a compulsory language in India . almost all muslims and many non-muslims can write it though .

Even if many non-muslims cant write it , it does not change the fact that it originated in North India .
