King Abdullah calls Israeli onslaught war crime

If you think you can't do anything, there is no chance that you will do anything. Israel being such a tiny country with a tiny population has shown the world, against all odds, rightly or wrongly, what one can achieve if one puts all its energy behind something.

LOL. You think that this so-called "weak and poor" Israel stands alone? It has the UNCONDITIONAL support of the US on all fronts and that of the entire Western world.
You know those guys that are ruling the world and have done so for 500 years including colonizing your country for decades. The same Jews who have an lobby second to none? The same Jews who have contributed more to science and technology for the past 1000 years than all the 1.3 billion Indians have done put together in that time period?

The same Israel that is a nuclear power?

What has Israel achieved other than being fully backed by the big boys (second biggest recipient of foreign US aid after Afghanistan) and killing/bullying defenseless Palestinians? Give me a break will you?!

You are just strengthening my argument. Look where they started after WWII and where they are now. The Jewish lobby did not popup from the vacuum. They started from zero in the US and managed to gain so much.

You are just strengthening my argument.

So what are you trying to get across if you agree with me? It seems that you are trying to argue with me regarding a issue that we apparently both agree with just for the sake of it.

KSA can do much more. Here is some of the information just to open the eyes.
@al-Hasani
Defense Cooperation: U.S. and Saudi defense forces enjoy outstanding partnerships and regularly participate in joint exercises to advance shared interests in Gulf security. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the largest U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer, with active and open cases valued at approximately $97 billion, as Saudi forces build capabilities across the full spectrum of regional challenges. The United States and Saudi Arabia currently are enhancing partnerships on critical infrastructure and border security, including on the Interior Ministry’s multi-billion dollar initiative to enhance land and coastal border defenses.

Counterterrorism: Saudi Arabia has been a strong U.S. counterterrorism (CT) partner, particularly on disrupting Al Qaeda (AQ) elements. We work closely with Saudi authorities on a range of CT issues, including countering terrorist financing (CTF), and the United States and Saudi Arabia work together to help various nations in the region counter shared terrorist threats.

Bilateral Trade and Investment: U.S. exports to Saudi Arabia exceeded $35 billion in 2013, including direct exports of $19 billion (a 76 percent increase since 2009) and roughly $2 billion in service exports (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction; Design; Financial; and Legal). Indirect exports and other goods and services were valued at an additional $15 billion. The bilateral Trade and Investment Framework Agreement provides a forum for the United States and Saudi Arabia to explore ways to advance economic relations. Among other successes, Saudi Arabia has followed up on its commitment to improve its intellectual property rights regime since being removed from the United States Trade Representative’s Special 301 Watch List in 2010. Continual improvements in its intellectual property rights regime facilitate the Kingdom’s efforts to develop a diversified knowledge economy and improve the investment climate for U.S. businesses.

Energy Cooperation: As U.S. oil and gas production increases, and as Saudi Arabia works to diversify its energy mix and improve energy efficiency, our longstanding bilateral cooperation on energy issues is getting stronger, not just on conventional energy market issues, but also energy efficiency, renewable and other alternative energy sources, and science and technology research. For example, Saudi Arabia is working with the Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory on measuring its solar energy resources. The Saudis are also working with the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, and others on developing energy efficiency for the Kingdom, including automotive fuel economy standards. The United States and Saudi Arabia hold an annual Bilateral Energy Dialogue to explore broader energy cooperation, including potential cooperation on advanced geothermal research and other issues relating to alternative energies.

Educational Programs: There are more Saudi students in the United States now than ever before, with approximately 80,000 Saudi students in the United States representing Saudi Arabia’s future political, business, and social leadership. U.S. education and the American experience help to shape Saudi Arabia’s future workplace and national outlook and will encourage new perspectives on diversity, tolerance, and global affairs.

Citizen Exchanges: The United States and Saudi Arabia have a decades-long history of citizen exchanges. International Visitor Leadership Programs (IVLP) focus on interfaith dialogue, volunteerism, women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and public health issues. A number of American Fulbright scholars are working with Saudi higher education institutions to develop and strengthen their graduate curricula and offer new academic majors. Several thousand Saudis have participated in citizen exchange programs over the past several decades.

Science and Technology Cooperation: In keeping with its interest in developing knowledge-based industries, Saudi Arabia has significantly expanded its scientific research and technological development. Under the U.S.-Saudi Science and Technology Agreement, signed in 2008, the King Abdulaziz City of Science and Technology (KACST) is currently working with NASA on several projects including the Aerosol Robotic Network (AERONET) and space geodesy and geodynamics research. KACST also collaborates with numerous U.S. universities and is exploring collaborative programs with the U.S. Geological Survey and the Department of Energy on projects important to both of our countries, including dust storm monitoring, seismic imaging of the Earth’s crust, and solar energy.

Environmental Programs: Saudi Arabia joined the Global Methane Initiative in January 2014, providing a vehicle for enhanced cooperation with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to reduce emissions of a powerful greenhouse gas. The Department of Energy, through an MOU signed in 2010, and the EPA are also working to enhance cooperation with the Kingdom on research and application of carbon capture, use, and storage.

Health Cooperation Programs: The United States and Saudi Arabia have been close partners in health cooperation for over three decades. Currently, a number of U.S. scientists have collaborative National Institutes of Health grants with Saudi partners. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a long history with the Saudi Ministry of Health and Saudi Arabian National Guard Health Affairs; both have hosted CDC experts for one to two year stints and work with the CDC on infectious disease surveillance during the yearly Hajj pilgrimage. CDC also works closely with Saudi Arabia on a range of issues including smoking cessation, breast cancer awareness, control and prevention of diabetes and heart disease, and epidemiology and surveillance of infectious diseases.

@Malghani

Dear, the vast majority of all Muslim and non-Western countries (even the isolated ones) have cooperation with the West. It is inevitable.

What you mention are areas where KSA and other Muslim countries have cooperation with a wide range of countries. I honestly see nothing wrong with this.

Pakistan does the same. Also with China who are not against Israel.

I know that this sounds harsh but the current world is all about interests and what can benefit your own country. There is no real brotherhood between states like there is/can be between ordinary people. It's all about interests, profit etc.

Countries who are powerful and attractive to cooperate with tend to have an influence. In the case of Israel they might be a small country but their economy is strong, they are leading on several fronts in the world in terms of science, technology and their lobby is second to none. Of course all this makes them more important partners than Palestine.
If it was the opposite way around (no matter religion, nationality etc.) then the world powers would have backed Palestine and not Israel.

I mean it's like with countries like Somalia. Who cares about what is going on there? The world powers? Not at all. They just care about the Arabian Sea being safe so the huge traffic (25% of all the world's trade goes through the Red Sea and Arabian Sea) will not be targeted by Somalian pirates.

Also who cares about Boko Haram killing hundreds in the poor, overpopulated, isolated and non-natural rich Northern Nigeria of the main powers? Nobody.

.
Besids it's almost impossible to smuggle anything of worth (that could change the nature of the conflict) into Gaza. Egypt is the only country that can do such a thing.

Yet Saudi Arabia supports the sissy in Egypt. Why not tell him to open the border with Gaza? Egypt answers more to Saudi Arabia than to US Why not sever all diplomatic and economic relations with israel? Your king spends millions for people to wage war in Syria, but not israel? He tells nato to bomb Syria, and even offers to pay the costs of the operation, but says nothing about Israel? He wants war in Syria but diplomatic solution to israel?yeah right.

.
China who are not against Israel.
I disagree this Part as i can see China is against ISRAEL.

False-flagger (LOL) what Egypt does is their matter and besides I have heard that Egypt has not closed any border and I have with my own eyes seen Egyptian trucks full of supply arriving at the border.

There is none to begin with. Which economic relations? Are you drunk? Israel and KSA have no trade at all. Israeli citizens are not even allowed to enter KSA.

What have Syria to do with Israel false-flagger? KSA position against the Nusayri Child-Murderer in Syria is the only correct stand available and hopefully the stand will never change. No room for mass-murderers like Al-Asshead. That ISIS have hijacked part of the revolution has nothing to do with this.

If you are an American as you claim then it is your country that hosts the world's biggest Jewish diaspora, it's your politicians that are controlled by the Jewish lobby, it's your country that supports Israel 100% and have done so more or less always, it's your country that is selling military equipment to Israel, it's your country that helped them become a nuclear power and it's your country that is donating BILLIONS upon BILLIONS to Israel in AID (LOL aid is supposed to be given to poor and undeveloped countries not Israel).

None of that is done by KSA.

So kindly shut up.

.
regrettably, the Egyptian and Saudi leaderships have opted to side politically with israel and its MOST unfortunate - a sign of utter weakness and defeat

Too little too late my man.

notice this only came two days after the Iranian Religious Clergy issued a fatwa calling on Musim nations to provide material and military support to Palestinian mujahideen

@al-Hasani Why Jon Stewart mentions that Egypt has blocked the Borders for Palestinians then ?
Jon Stewart is America's most influential political satirist. Here, he explains the Israeli monstrosity on Gaza in terms even a monkey can understand. Jon Stewart is Jewish himself, however his defense of the Palestinians proves that he is not a Zionist. Our struggle is against the Zionist apartheid not Jewish religion. Muslims and Jews have lived together in peace for over one thousand years.

Bunk why we let Saudi Arabia of the first community oil producer Saudi State International, which can put pressure on the United States and the international community as it has done in 73
Meanwhile the second state in the Saudi territorial conflict zones in the Middle East such as Syria, Iraq and funded Afghan jihad in the price then they are terrorists!! Frankly, there is a consensus among Israeli interests in Iran, Saudi Arabia

Utter nonsense and unfounded empty claims.

I know that you have a weakness for those fake wannabe Arab Mullah's (your username practically gives it away) but KSA already condemned Israel the first night Gaza was attacked. Big humanitarian donations (so far the biggest) were ordered by King Abdullah weeks ago. Likewise condemnations, meetings in the Arab world, meetings with Mahmoud Abbas etc. Meetings with Qatar too that host the leader of Hamas (Khaled Mishal).

So please….

@BLACKEAGLE

Another Jordanian false-flagger. Where do they come from?!

Custodian of the Two Mosques King Abdullah King Abdullah. (Reuters)

JEDDAH: ARAB NEWS

Published — Friday 1 August 2014

Last update 1 August 2014 9:06 pm

Custodian of the Two Mosques King Abdullah King Abdullah said Friday that world silence over Israeli war crimes in the Gaza was inexcusable.
“We see the blood of our brothers in Palestine being shed in collective massacres that have spared nobody,” the king said in a speech carried by the Saudi Press Agency. “(These are) war crimes against humanity.”
He said it was all taking place under the eyes and ears of the international community that has stood indifferently watching events in the whole region.
“The international community is watching silently with all its institutions and organizations, including human rights organizations. This community is silently observing what is happening in the whole region and is indifferent to what is happening, as if what is happening doesn’t concern it,” said King Abdullah. “This silence has no justification.”
The king said such atrocities can only breed more violence. “Is (the international community) not aware that this will lead to the emergence of a generation that believes only in violence, rejecting peace and believing in the clash and not dialogue of civilizations?” said the king.
King Abdullah urged Muslim leaders and scholars to stand up to those who are trying to hijack Islam.
“From the cradle of revelation and the birthplace of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), I call on leaders and scholars of the Islamic nation to carry out their duty toward Allah Almighty and stand in the face of those trying to hijack Islam and presenting it to the world as a religion of extremism, hatred, and terrorism,” he said. “Say the word of truth and (do) not fear anybody as our nation today passes a critical, historic stage, and history will be a witness against those who have been the tool exploited by the enemies to disperse and tear the nation, and tarnish the pure image of Islam.”He said: “This trial (discord) which has found a fertile ground in our Arab and Islamic worlds and which has been given every facility by those biased and haters of our nation to the degree that it has been deluded to think that it has gained strength, spreading terrorism and corruption in the world.”
He said it was shameful and disgraceful that the terrorists were doing this in the name of religion. “They are killing (those) whose killing Almighty Allah has forbidden, and mutilating their bodies and feeling proud in publishing this. They have distorted the image of Islam by their actions and crimes making all those who do not know the reality of Islam think that what comes out of these traitors expresses the message of the Prophet of Mercy (peace be upon him), about whom Allah Almighty said, ‘And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.’“
King Abdullah reminded the world about the Kingdom’s call for the creation of a global counterterrorism center in Riyadh and his disappointment at the lack of serious response from the outside world.
“We called for the creation of the International Center for Counter-terrorism 10 years ago. The proposal was supported by the entire world at the time. The aim has been to coordinate among the states, but we were disappointed afterward because of the lack of serious interaction by the international community,” said King Abdullah. “Today, we say to those who fail to carry out their historic responsibilities against terrorism for temporary interests or suspicious schemes that they will be its first victims tomorrow as if they have not benefited from the experience of the recent past which did not spare anyone.”

Here is the recording in its entirety:

It's unfortunately in Arabic and I have not been able to find the speech in English but the article sums up the main message of the speech very well so it should do it.

@Arabian Legend @Hazzy997 @JUBA @Bubblegum Crisis @Yzd Khalifa @Full Moon @Hadbani @Tihamah @BLACKEAGLE @Awadd @Altamimi @Rakan.SA @Halimi @ebray @Frogman @Mahmoud_EGY @agentny17 @Dino R. etc.

Please kindly ensure that this thread will remain troll-free or at least informative.

@WebMaster @Jungibaaz @Aeronaut @Emmie @Manticore @jaibi etc.

Thanks.

The only reason he even said that's is because of this and i am quoting (al- hasani )

(private Arabian citizens are leading when it comes to more covert support for Hamas likewise 95% of all Saudi Arabians (recent polls) support armed resistance against Israel and support Hamas' stand.)

So 95% of Arabian are disgusted by their own government behaviour . Now remember these are your words and not mine . He see the local populations reaction (Arab spring)so he speaks only after 1000 or so are already slaughterd.

Blockade wouldn't be possible without Egypt. Why did you want Morsi removed when he would have allowed food, fuel, weapons etc to cross with no problems? Morsi is overthrown, then you give sissy billions. You love sissy.

You claim in public that you don't have relations with israel, but secretly you meet and talk with them. Didn't you give IDF air force permission to use Saudi airspace to bomb Iran? You're also friends with US which heavily supports israel. You buy tens of billion of dollars in american weapons, and then we give the money to israel. By being friends with US, you support israel indirectly.

A year ago your king was exhorting nato to bomb Syria. Why is his tone so different regarding israel? Why are there no ISIS being sent to Palestine? You send them to Syria and Iraq no problem. As far as US helping israel, yes i am aware of this and deeply resentful of it. I have no excuses for the conduct of my government, why do you make excuses for the conduct of yours??

Why are you bothering to write to me false-flagger? I already countered your nonsense and if you are an American as you claim then my little reply to you should have shut you up long ago.

Egypt is not KSA, Einstein. Morsi would have done jackshit. In fact he was busy writing letters to Israel and others.

USA are friends with 99% of all Muslim countries. Your point?

Because unlike Syria then Israel is not fully backed by your country and the entire Western world. That is why genius.

ISIS has nothing to do with KSA. It's more your creation if anything.

@Cheetah786

Not sure why I even bother to reply to you knowing your user history but yet KSA is the main donor to Gaza and who receives those donations and control it and distribute it? Yes, you are clever and guessed right. Hamas.
