Indian army is there since 1989 when Pakistan incited insurgency in Kashmir. BTW Srinagar is now safer than Karachi or Islamabad.

Accession paper was the basis of the true accession like swat, khairpur, Bahawalpur etc similar to Kashmir..

But if we hold a referendum in Swat , khairpur and Bahawalpur today they will vote with 100% majority to remain part of pakistan. Does india have the courage to hold referendum on the issue of accession in kashmir, no they don't because they know kashmiri muslims will vote 100 % to reject accession to india.
