Kabul set to launch efforts to ‘isolate’ Pakistan

Finally a sane voice here :)

- Pakistan and Afghanistan are having major differences and they will need to work it government-goverment.
- We cant live in state for hostility for perpetuity and thus need to be frank with each and find a work around.
- Those advocating emotional argument need to realize that we as neighbors are here to stay and thus need make it work one way or the other.

I don't understand how you can say such things when our soldiers are fighting one another and the Afghan leadership is openly voicing its desire to see Pakistan isolated on the international stage.

Afghanistan is not speaking its own language. We have come to expect this. Dont understand this enmity and availing its resources to Pakistan's enemies to malign Pakistan.

This is rich coming from the country that wouldn't be able to do much without our support and fewer still without our consent. Also, if isolating us means taking back the refugees, halting the heroin trade, stopping the flow of arms and militants. We'll take that, with both hands we'll take it.

- Because there is no way around it, we can choose our friends but we cant choose our neighbours.

- NUG under Ashraf Ghani has all the intentions and showed in practice that it wants to make it work with Pakistan.

- Pakistan has said all the right things but now needs to show it in practice by targeting those Talis who are not willing to make peace.

Makes sense ?

This is true, I'd still rather some Afghans which can be reasoned with than those that can't, still, Afghans need to realise that the root of their problems is not with Pakistan.

And that efforts to hurt Pakistan are far more damaging to Afghanistan itself than they are to Pakistan.

Unless of course we create a buffer state to build a wedge between Pakistan and the venomous Tajiks who despise our country. :)

Many prominent Afghans in the government and military consider Ashraf Ghani a quisler and a traitor to Afghanistan. Every time he extends an olive branch to Pakistan, the accusations only intensify. He's got no choice but to stick to the usual Afghan narrative to stay in power.

Excellent. Please do. However, first take your pathetic 12 million plus refugees back. Ungrateful pigs. After these vermin are repatriated to their shit-hole, then it's time for taking care of Kabul once in for all.

Well .through a neutral perspective , we can see a considerable change in the attitude and behaviour of Afghanistan after Chabhar port finalisation .

Excellent. Please do. However, first take your pathetic 12 million plus refugees back. Ungrateful pigs. After these vermin are repatriated to their shit-hole, then it's time for taking care of Kabul once in for all.

Sirji ,they are also humans .

Emotional rant, reported.

Indeed Afghanistan has tremendous issues inside the country and those must be addressed by Afghans and pointing fingers to Pakistan all time is childish but some of the genuine grievances vis-a-vis Pakistan needs to be addressed by our friends on the other side of the border.

Sadqay theevan'......... I iz so scared that I just shat in my pants! :cray:

Emotional rant, reported.

Keep Wagah open for the next six months and we'll be more than happy sending all them humans to your side.......... or let us know when and if your humanity dries out and are ok with what we are planning............

By the way, if your humanity fever doesn't drop with the dose of Afghans, we have a couple million Bengalis to send as well. Your wish will be our command.

Sirji ,they are also humans .

.....

I am not scaring you as such but there is a thing called grown up decency while putting across your argument even if you disagree with the other party to an extreme extent.

Cursing and using words only show how cultured one is, just an FYI.

/Peace be with you.

Manlay Pakistan saadaa kenan chhad day palla Afghanian.....

Sirji ,they are also humans .
By all means, have a grab at them... We're tired of them anyway... I've heard many Afghani refugees here talking smack about Pakistan...

ISLAMABAD:
Kabul intends to launch a concerted diplomatic campaign to isolate Pakistan in the international arena as well as in the region, a spokesperson for the Afghan president said on Saturday.

“Pakistan still supports groups involved in fighting in Afghanistan,” Dawa Khan Meenpal, deputy spokesperson for President Ashraf Ghani told the media in Kabul.

The comments came in reaction to the April 19 attack in which 64 people were killed.

The spokesperson alleged that the deadliest attack yet in Kabul was “planned by the Haqqani network in Pakistan.”

“Afghanistan is reviewing its policy on Pakistan,” he said, according to Radio Azadi.

“Pakistan is in the state of isolation. We want to use diplomatic initiative to isolate Pakistan at regional and international levels and to tell the world community where terrorists are and which country and intelligence (agency) support them,” Meenapal said.

He said Kabul had always asked Pakistan to seriously fight terrorism, but “they have backed terrorist groups and facilitated them.”

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had condemned the “heinous” attack in a message to President Ashraf Ghani and called for “coordinated approach” to eliminate terrorism.

Meenpal said Pakistan had “always allowed its soil to be used by those who fight (against) the Afghan government.”

The spokesman for Pakistan’s foreign ministry’s did not respond to a text message when asked about the country’s response.

Afghan Taliban had claimed responsibility and said three bombers had taken part in the attack and that it was part of the group’s Spring Offensive.

have they started using all the heroin they produce

President Ashraf Ghani took a complete U turn after coming to power from his predecessor and openly announced to engage with Pakistan for the sake of peace and even turned his back on India. where did he go wrong? He can blame himself or Pakistan but its not a good sign for peace in the region.

that was just a show and it only lasted for 2 months
