Make a separate thread in junior TT section for voting on the finalized nominations -- after crude nominations, put the names up for voting in the finalized nominations thread with 10 votes requirement and 30hour time span

Nuclearpak is elected as the Vice-Chairman of the group.

Webmaster is working on it, and soon the PM option will appear for the group, aand new members would be inducted. Sorry for the delay, as the management (Chairmanship and Vice-Chairmanship) was being voted upon by the senior members of this forum.

I disagree with the rest if your comment,the forum Quality has leap frogged since this Jr.TT group started.
Many TT members who were dormant previously,have also come out if hibernation and have srarted posting more fequently.

The PM option is now enabled for the group, please PM the management for issues.
And we need a new title, 'Junior Think Tank' is not deeming good. The first thing that comes to my mind is 'Elite Members' but then, the existing 'Elite Members' shall need re-naming. Initial name of 'Star members' was changed as it wasn't good one, so anything anyone else can come up with is appreciated.
