Broke? China just invested tens of billions of dollars in Pakistan. That is hardly a country you call broke.

India is a country of extremes. The wealth only belongs to the few elite. Everyone else is dirt as poor and that is the overall vast majority. Things aren't as rosy as you Indians would want everyone to believe.
