ISRO has been working with Coast guard in equipping every Indian Vessel which goes out for fishing with tracking devices to stop them from staying into foreign water, it also has the ability to send out alerts for fires on board, a sinking vessel, a medical emergency and when the boat is apprehended by another country.

India is doing its bit to stop trespassing. I dont see anything coming from the other end.

What's the benefit if they are still trespassing and being arrested on daily basis, the 16 arrested by Sri Lanka happened today.

The benefit is that those vessels can/will be equipped with the gadgets I mentioned above.

Since Jan 2013 4 PAK Soldiers have been killed in response to the killing of 2 Ind soldiers.
