If PA could not use NASR, it would have never spent resources and developed it. NASR will be used if the IA IBG's are successful and manage to break Pakistan into two. If the nation is at the brink of a collapse, you can be sure that PA will fire NASR on your Armoured Columns to give India a notice that you are reaching the nuclear threshold.

So far I read about, Cold Start is not about breaking Pakistan into two. Nobody wants that and it is just about aquiring a marginal area swiftly.

About NASR, how much accurate is that to target a armed column? + there will be Pachoras & Aakash missiles batteries mounted on T-72 platform along with these armed thrusts apart from close air support.

1. I have maintained elsewhere that WCC (Western Christian Civilization) has carefully sold the idea of Cold Start and Riposte through the senior Indo-Pak officers they have trained and patronize. So India can fight for a max 45 days and Pakistan 25. Thereafter, cease-fire,etc. The reason is very simple. If either side wins conclusively and annihilates the other, then they would loose two major customers of their arms industry. It is peculiar that the top commanders of these two nations have fought several wars and sacrificed a part of the flower of the youth only to attain a cease-fire,etc.

2. If Pakistan today prepares to fight India till victory, not for any time-frame like 45 or 25 days, then India's game plan will be beaten. For this Pakistan has to strengthen herself internally by national unity and, more importantly, by adhering to a national ideology that all accept. History is on Pakistan's side. The Muslims are enjoined to muster themselves for national defense in case of an attack by an enemy. This is a great factor that Pak planners and intellectuals must not overlook.

3. Coming back to the core issue of an armor attack, no tank has been invented that can stand against a silly little Molotov cocktail. The people now dubbed terrorists/misguided/suicide bombers/taliban/AQ are the very people who will deliver these cocktails on the target. Not the Anglicized elite Pakistanis. Instead of fighting them frontal Pakistan needs to engage with them, talk to them and understand their view point.

China controls too much of the west's wealth.
They might help with open weapon import and export.. but nothing more.

Of course that is to be expected. But China expects to fight a war with USA eventually anyway. Whether in South China Sea, East China Sea, Korean peninsula or Taiwan, eventually the two countries will go to war. It is USA's choice whether to help India against its ally Pakistan or instead fight a naval battle another time.

In any case, China's 3600 nuclear weapons will mostly have to be reserved for USA, but even 10% of that stockpile should be enough for a subcontinent affair.

Of course that is to be expected. But China expects to fight a war with USA eventually anyway. Whether USA will choose to help India will instead will choose to fight a naval battle is a choice for them to make.

That was during the phase of the Cold War when China and Pakistan were on opposite sides.

And China was in the middle of the undeclared civil war known as the cultural revolution.

Today, when China has done so much to prop up Pakistan, no Beijing leadership is stupid enough to let India bulldoze over it..... because we know China will be the next target

i don't think so santro. WEST never leave us alone. they have more interest on China. once If China,India,..... grows stronger they will loose their SUPER POWER tag, im not saying SUPER POWER CHINA OR INDIA, but Developed nation in maximum aspects.
