What's new

How Many aircraft did IAF lost on 27 Feb?

Multiple indian jets shot down as confirmed by their own military chiefs.

Pakistan had zero losses as confirmed by PAF, eye witnesses, Indian pilot himself, and all the evidence related to the combat (video proofs, seriel number of AIM-120cs etc etc)

International media is already reporting the entire fiasco as “humiliation” for India.

Don’t believe me? Go to NY Times social media page and see what they wrote :)

No Su-30 was lost that day. These are all cooked up stories. Two pilots were seen to be in parachutes. That is all.

People reported seeing two pilots eject from one aircraft. That is what's causing such stories to be concocted, and it's a reasonable assumption because that is the only dual seater India brought to intercept the PAF aircraft, as well as the only one stationed in that region.

The person who was among the first to see and capture Mr.Abhinandan said he saw two parachutes coming down. This does not necessarily mean they are from same aircraft. DG ISPR first reported the other one is admitted in hospital, a statement that was hushed up later. Also if it truly was a MKI, I see no reason DG ISPR not claiming it.

why isn't there any footage or proof of second aircraft that supposedly crashed in IOK, the only images that are of budgam heli crash.

There is lol.

First of all, there's that Indian piece of footage showing PAF aircraft zooming along, at the end there is a brief explosion which suggests an aircraft was hit (of course, this is assuming the video is not a sloppy forgery). There is also another video showing an aircraft getting hit that may or may not be the same one in the video where the Pakistani guys talk about seeing multiple pilots eject. That's three videos.

Oh, and there's this picture from another crash site:

Looks a lot like it came from a rear fin on a Bison:

The DG of ISPR shut up about it because the guy probably died, and it's quite clear from Pakistan's posture that escalating things is something we're trying to avoid.

India also wants to avoid embarrassment, which explains the silence on its end.

We will hopefully soon find out more.
