Negative on the Su-30. 2 MiG-21s, single seat and dual seat. Dual seat crashed in IOK.
Mi-17 crashed on their own accord.

As per info on internet, iaf don't operate any twin seat mig-21. Bison is a single seater.

No Su-30 was lost that day. These are all cooked up stories. Two pilots were seen to be in parachutes. That is all.

The person who was among the first to see and capture Mr.Abhinandan said he saw two parachutes coming down. This does not necessarily mean they are from same aircraft. DG ISPR first reported the other one is admitted in hospital, a statement that was hushed up later. Also if it truly was a MKI, I see no reason DG ISPR not claiming it.

Statement evolved from 3 pilots in area to 1 capture
Than we heard 2 captured 1 in hospital and1 more looked for 2

Paf thus believed 2 down and 3 pilots

Reason PAF thought 2 pilots was that abhi was taken to the hospital and misreporting happened that there is another one in the hospital

So end of the day two possiblities
1. Only mig21 was destroyed and no twin seater

2. Mig21 fell this side, second pilot a double count when he went to the hospital (as per abhi he was taken to hospital after first aid) and the second twin engine fell on otherside and two pilots also drifted other side

IAF claiming additional kills is always been an issue even 1965/71 the same happened Paf had to line up all mirages to prove them wrong

What credibility IAF has left for utterly stupid claim of killing militant in balakot

Could be mi17 it fell within same time frame as everything else going on..eye witness reports an explosion and fire while chopper was in air..than i think another indian fighter went down for technical reasons..?

Pakistan had zero losses as confirmed by PAF, eye witnesses, Indian pilot himself, and all the evidence related to the combat (video proofs, seriel number of AIM-120cs etc etc)

There is no question of Indians shooting down an F-16. Mig 21s cannot shoot a falcon. Period.

The article states that two aircraft caught fire, one fall down, other flown to LOC. While Abhi Nadan was in Pakistani territory, the one fled across the LOC must have gone to the IOK, so where is the wreckage, if you claiming it was an F16!!
