Your personal in Afghansitan will be sitting ducks and shooting practice for Taliban once the protection and space you guys operate, provided by uncle Sam, is gone. Taliban do no tolerate any foreign footprint on their soil ,hence their struggle against yanks, and specially idol worshipping Indians. India has been Taliban number one enemy from day one, providing support from northern alliance back in 90s against them.
