Not a big deal in my opinion to jump from Su30 to F35.
Vietnam military knows very well about US weapon systems. Still operating lots of tanks from the former Republican army.

We may buy some used F16, but not F 35. US jet is just equal wt Russian jet now while the price is always double, no interrest wt expensive F 35.

Its rather buy 200 used F 16 than than buying 50 F 35 when having same price. We got SU 35 and even Su 57 in the furture.
