Costs are not an issue. It might have become an issue involving ego. What matters is that americans are unreliable in supplying spares and keep this fleet flying. So, its definitely not worth a lot of money in aforementioned case

Sorry, the design is not impressive at all. Other existing army installations look better than this new GHQ. And i agree that near this new GHQ, there should not be any housing societies and by that i mean not even askaris or dha.
