The WS-15 Aero engine enters the last stage of development, with about 30 units produced for testing so far. With a thrust - to-weight ratio of 10.85 and AB thrust of 19 tons,it will add significant boost to J-20 combat capability in 3–5 years time.

Dude J-20 is in service with WS-10B engines as interim.
WS-15 will be fitted in the early 2020s to J-20.

They are doing this and that, but I never read China already has WS-15, artificial moon, even railgun in operational. Where did you read that?

Read posts in Chinese forums. Their claims are too inflated. BTW, they declared J-20 to ready quite sometime back. If you want I can link to those threads.

Its not just a better engine, it was supposed to be stealthy. This so called stealth plane is flying with non-stealthy engines. And then Chi-Coms have gal to tell the world that they have developed a 5th Gen fighter. Law of extra zeros.

Yeah, they do. But they don't call their plane a world beating stealth plane without having stealth. J-20 is touted as Chinese answer to F-22. But it does not even have a stealthy engine and is flying on some god forsaken engines with dubious service life. I am pretty all those PL-15s 20s or 60s which they claim to have more than 200 or 300 km range are also having the same law of extra zeros. Its ChiCom products after all.

This is great news if true. The business about 30 prototypes produced fits what we know about the development of the WS-15. With these performance numbers - which appear plausible, if a bit on the optimistic side - the WS-15's thrust would be a shade under the F-135-PW-100 (191.35kN vs roughly 186kN) with the WS-15 about 3% heavier. Superb, absolutely superb. A J-20 equipped with these will be a monstrosity!

Now develop an adaptive cycle variant!

Bhai do you know the serbians shot down a us stealth aircraft with 1950s technology missile? Same happened with Israel when syrians shot f35 with s200. There is always little exaggeration in selling weapons. Don't criticize China in isolation just to take out your personal vendetta against china

Its stealthy even with current engine.

Regarding WS-15, if equipped it will further improve its performance but nothing indicated by chief designer current engine used do not meet the requirement of 5th gen. For example, if current engine allows it to supercruise at 1.2M while still able to achieve thrust of more than 1:1. Therefore it still qualify as meet the standard.

Fit with WS-15 will further increase supercruise to 1.4M-1.5M and higher than 1:1 weight thrust ratio. But does that mean not using WS-15 will disqualify it as not meeting the requirement?

Hey, China does what it can. Of course China will never be able to make engines like the mighty Kaveri, which runs for billions of years at a thrust of 10e20 kN purely on Indians' hot air (and fumes from the putrefying sh*t in the Ganges). 100000000% renewable as well.
