Not true, British born Indians exploit recently arrived Indians. I know plenty of Indian factory owners who employ Indians as slave labour, worse working conditions you could ever see and try asking for a break. They get abused at in their own language. Since they are illegal they won't complain because if they complain they get sent back to India.

Generally speaking South Asians treat each other like shit. A British Pakistani would think a million times before working for a fellow Pakistani.

No, I respectfully disagree. I worked with many Indian colleagues - there is absolutely nothing "positively special" about their work ethics.

If anything, they're good at politics. Indic people are generally considered to have low testosterone - giving them an edge with diplomacy and anger management.

How, then, do they out-compete the Chinese, widely considered to be smart, hard working and similarly of calm disposition?

Indians operate without the slightest regards to most of the principles that White kids, Muslim kids and Asian kids grow up with. They can lie, deceive and indulge in the worst forms of corporate politics one can imagine, all with a straight face and an innocent smile.


In a society/organization full of hard-working, honest and naive people, a deceitful, dishonest person can take advantage of the majority with ease, at the expense of everyone else. Sadly that's what's happening at certain big companies made by hardworking, honest white man!


However, when all people in a society are of this deceitful, dishonest disposition with complete disregard to the welfare of fellow citizens, no one wins and the society is pushed to the edge of chaos - welcome to India!

yeah Bollywood , no of films and profits it makes, and its actors, they never even felt embarrassed. its now they brag abt mars ,some while back whenever i read indians anywhere talking abt their achievements ...the most prominently mentioned group usedn o be Bollywood. now a nation who has bollywood as the biggest achievement to brag abt then one can understand how successful they are.

secondly even on this site and otherwise u wud see pakistanis living overseas will criticize (unnecessarily and habitually) pakistanis a lot and go all out in praising indians....that also is the reason Pakistan always gets projected negatively. u wont find indians even on this forum cursing each other or fellow indians like that. they will always cover them up. no matter how criminal minded they are.

and lastly i have to say the man beast thread that @Atanz did, atanz ihadnt recieved any notification for that but i have to say i generally avoid such topics... and i wud normally not appreciate such thread... but u did one job quite well ..that is bringing this inhumane practice to fore so that ppl will know and do something abt it to change it. else neither indians nor india will care abt their plight and will only go on to paint a glossy image of their state. and it also showed that indians who never cease to criticize pakistanis and have the audacity to lecture them and show their nation as so progressive, developed and whatnot ....in reality is decades behind many third world countries and they have a lot of self reflection to do.

There was and is nothing wrong in bringing to fore the "Man as Beast - India as that is a reality, a reality as common as 2 million times and over half million in Delhi alone.

Please tell me why is it aceptable to brag about the IT engineers in Silicon Valley but a sin to mention the 2 million Indian "beasts of burden"? Are they not Indian? Are we supposed to close one eye to the ugly reality and focus with the other on the dazzle in some vain atempt to make India look shining?

The reality is when you have 1.27 billion people you can "cream off" and show amazing figures. That is cherrypicking. What makes any country is the mass. The Indian immigrants who go to US are a select cohort. Is anybody suggesting they are a true reflection of Indian social spectrum? Like hell.
