You left out the MOST IMPORTANT OFFICIAL LANGUAGE IN INDIA --> English !!!

Perhaps you wish to equate Hindi with India. You are dead wrong. India recognizes the right of the Indians to speak in any language as they wish. It also allows them the freedom to NOT know Hindi and still be perfectly patriotic Indians. Might be a little difficult for you to understand. But the system has worked well here.
