As a Turkish Citizen I wouldnt welcome you to Turkey, if you came with religious fundamentalism. Also in order to immigrate to Turkey you must fulfit some requirements.

There is nothing wrong with severe migration policies due to every culture has right to survive. İf you socially and culturally be adopted you are welcome.
As above mentioned you have a country Pakistan where you can immensely feel free.

I've heard people mocking me, my brown/muslim appearance, muslim women, Prophet Muhammad alai salam etc etc sometimes in disguised words, and somwtimes openly(sometimes in a joke and sometimes in a very hostile manner)

For them you just have to be white in color. Doesnt matter if your are of African descent with curly hair, if you are muslim, mexican or whatever if you are white in color all is good. If not get ready to have a truckload of bs thrown at you. YOU JUST HAVE TO BE WHITE.

If being a muslim I want to be accepted in a social group or want a nicer job/higher position. I cannot have my religion reflect poorly on the company. And I should be ready to give up the beard, salah, quran

And assuming this is going to be the case in most European countries.

I would like to escape the West.

So fellow PDfers if you could please recommend a reasonable country where a practising muslim family can live comfortably without facing hatred.

I was considering gulf countrues but they also seem to have the whole arab vs non arab hate disease. I thought of China(xinjiang) but they went ahead and threw all muslims into concentration camps including wives of some Pakistanis. I thought of Turkey but they are very vey divided about accepting proper muslims vs impressing eu/non muslim white people.

Is Allah azzawajal testing me??

What choices would you recommend people??

I feel for you bro. If you want to make a move I would suggest Malaysia, Turkey and Indonesia. All vibrant countries, with growing economies which will make you feel welcome.
I would suggest places in Europe including the UK, but you ruled yourself out with that.
How about Canada as well?

The best job that I ever got other than the one I have now---was after 7 years of applying for the first time---and I applied twice a year---started in 1990.

When I got the job---in 1997---I was one of the top five permformers out of 50---every month. After awhile---6 month----being a top performer---I left the job---because I was pis-sed off at them for taking too long to offer me a job---.

Later on I found out that they were not looking for sales associates---but future managers and general mangers---and I thought that they were discriminating against me---.

Guess what---the dealership was expanding---they bought multiple dealerships---. The colleagues that were working with me as sales people---became managers and general managers---making a very decent income---.

So---youngman---looks like the demons are in your head---and not with the one hiring for the job---.

If they were discriminating---they would not have offered you an interview---.

Interview meant that you had passed the first major hurdle---.

The failure after that was of your making---.

Dude, many parts of the west are OK. By and large muslims are living happily in the UK, and many other western countries. Parts of the US, like calafornia, are great places to be.

Don't pay too much attention to the horror stories. Only bad news travels.

Christians referred as Choorrrray- sweepers
Caste issues - some think jatts are xyz, khan are abc, same for sheikh or memons etc.
Provincial racism - Pathan families are like that, Baluchis are like this.
Regional Racism - Karachi people are like that, Sialkotis are like this.
The rich and poor divide is phenomenal (divide leads to how rich behave with poor) e.g maids, drivers etc.

I can translate it if you cant read urdu.

Salam bro, lots of good advice here. I'd like to add some things. You are young and trying to make sense of things. With time it begin to make sense to you.

Firstly, know my friend that in American culture, especially among high schoolers or college students, it is a norm to belittle others. It all stems from insecurities. These people trying to put you down are same people that would make fun of all kinds of kids in high school. Believe me they make fun of white people too if they consider them dorky or ugly or whatever it is. It's as a result of insecurities people have, causing them try to hard finding flaws in others to make themselves feel better.

Forsure there will be bigoted/racists too, just don't let them get in your head. Usually they are miserable people that have serious personal issues. Then there is the educated people type of racists who like making you feel like a stranger. Don't let them get in your head, there are lots of good people out there but they aren't loud like the bigots who try to make everyone feel their presence.

Of course you will feel strange because Americans are no longer religious, and culture contradicts the main religions in the US. Also due to some political issues. I would not recommend moving yet. You're young and familiar with America. You are absolutely entitled to live a good life here as a citizen, don't let bigots make you think otherwise. In America your entitlement to luxuries of life here is all measured by your education/success. Not based on race. Whoever is more successful is really the one who is getting more out of the country. Opportunities here are better than elsewhere, and you are familiar with system here. Elsewhere will give you a headache and it's not worth it.

If you ever need people to talk to , we are here, you aren't alone. Many Muslim Americans here.
