Nice discussion on the future Pakistan-US relations?

I think the US has pushed Pakistan far enough.
At least for now, Pakistan needs to be in good terms with US government until the US withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Then Pakistan should support to overthrow of the puppet government in Kabul and install the legitimate rulers of Afghanistan: Taliban. That way the US would have wasted a trillion$ and many lives as a payback for the drones they use to kill so many Pakistanis.
Also, as was said in the video, unlike America, China's support of Pakistan doesn't come with strings attached, so a strong relationship with China is important.

If it wasn't for the US invasion of Afghanistan, the Taliban would still control Afghanistan.

I sometimes ask myself, why do we always wish all the best from all of our hearts to all Muslims and humans, while they pray for our destruction and annihilation? Hey, on a serious note...why the heck doesn't Saudi Arabia build a nuke of her own ? Now is the best time for it as the world is busy admonishing Iran for her program and 'Self-defense' as a Sales-pitch just might work. If Saudi Arabia were to ask Pakistan and China for technical assistance, both the disclosed and the undisclosed type, She should be able to have an up and running Nuclear Program in about 10 years....heck you guys should have started this initiative 5 years back !

Being a Pakistani the only thing attracts me towards taliban is their positive approch towards Pakistan and thats it. Even though, I have never been to Afghanistan but, have heard a lot of stories about taliban's atrocities thats y for the sake of Afghan ppl, I woucant support taliban.

Muslims should stick together and not fight with each other. Look at Christians, Jews, and Hindus they stick together and never fight with each other.

If you are really Muslim, you would never want Saudi Arabia to be nuked. I know there are a small percentage of Afghans like you who want hindus and crusaders in Afghanistan and share the same interests as hindus and crusaders, but not the majority. Afghans are strong supporters of Muslim Ummah, always were.

By the way, Iran also wants United States out of the region.

I would like to see if india is able enough to manage their economy if she come across a continues war spread over a decade and their opponent is nobody but a super power.

Pakistan has little choice but to mend ties otherwise it would not get any more US cash most of which is diverted to the Pakistani military instead of the civilians as what happened during Musharaf.
