Simple America says, " Only America has the right to have weapons (WMD) and we are chosen one by God to tell others what to do and guide them."

If it so then why US is giving lot of financial help. Also, US should 1st follow what it is preaching. Can US advise China like this?

India considered its nuclear deal with uncle Sam as the gateway to big boys club well the attached strings are nicely coming off now

Why? and why should we listen to anyone? We have our own rough neighbour hood with a big bully on the eastern border and a probable indian proxy on the western. We should keep building weapons that instill fear in the hearts and minds of our enemies.
