Usually I have come across Indians who keep saying "Pakistan needs to remove troops from Kashmir" bullshit.

Oh then there is another one, the Indian then harp saying "The United Nations resolutions are not binding"

Which United Nations resolutions are not binding? They never explain this part.

United Nations Security Council Resolution 98, adopted on December 23, 1952, urged the Governments of India and Pakistan to enter into immediate negotiations under the auspices of the United Nations Representative for India and Pakistan in order to reach an agreement on the specific number of troops to remain of each side of the cease-fire line at the end of the previously established period of demilitarization. As proposed by the UN Representative this number was to be between 6000 Azad forces and 3500 Gilgit and northern scouts on the Pakistani side and 18000 Indian forces and 6000 local state forces on the Indian side.[1] The resolution then thanked the UN Representative for his efforts, requested the Governments of India and Pakistan report to the Council no later than 30 days after the adoption of this resolution and asked the UN Representative to keep the Council informed of any progress.

The resolution was adopted by nine votes to none. The Soviet Union abstained and Pakistan did not participate in the voting.

Wouldnt it be better to make loc international border so neither country looses any territory?
india and paksitna may agree on LOC on border but what about kashmiris ? what they will got for LOC as border ? nothing they will keep fighting

.
I am waiting for @HRK to come as he is more knowledgeable on this matter than I am.

Kashmiri people should be given the right to vote and decide whom they want to join with.

As an independent state, Kashmir will not be able to sustain for long from the hegemonic hindu state.

If they decide join Pakistan, we will defend them.

LOC cannot be adopted as International boundary.

Even according to the Resolution 47, none of this was to take place until there was a truce agreement between the countries in place, which is why a commission was sent in the first place, to mediate a truce agreement, but their were reservations and objections from both sides coming to an agreement.

So, the withdrawal of Pakistani forces wasn't an unconditional demand.

Read properly, Azad Kashmir forces and Gilgit scouts are not considered Pakistani by UN. UN precondition was all Pakistani troops have to leave. Have they left yet?
