As I clearly said, we are not dreaming about him in Indian jails. We are happy where he is, and he is showing the world what goes on in the land of the pure.

US and India don't have any extradition treaty, so nobody will be extradited from one country to the other. However, they have jailed him for what he did against India. That is good enough for us. And that is what happens between two countries that don't have extradition treaties. Always.

A Pakistani native who operated a Chicago-based immigration business was sentenced today to 14 years in prison for conspiracy to provide material support to a terrorist plot in Denmark and providing material support to Lashkar e Tayyiba, a terrorist organization operating in Pakistan that was responsible for the November 2008 attacks in Mumbai, India.

“This certainly was a dastardly plot,” Judge Leinenweber said in imposing the sentence.

In late 2005, Headley received instructions from members of Lashkar to travel to India to conduct surveillance, which he did five times leading up to the Mumbai attacks three years later that killed more than 160 people and wounded hundreds more.

Are madam first he will serve his sentence for plotting a terrorist attack on US soil. So preference is first US case. In the meanwhile he might be called to India in US custody to testify in Court. After he serves 14 years in US, he might be handed over to India.
