UN supports Pakistan rejects Indian demand to end military observer mission

Pakistan has the rotating presidency in GA, and SC wont take any decision on this.
So this matter will linger two more years.

.
Oh...there was a UN mission in Kashmir? What the purpose of the UN mission and what it has achieved in last 65 year??

I'l say nothing :P

They are doing trade. But they want more than trade. We aren't talking about milletry weapons here. We are talking about political weapon. This weapon was used by Pak till last few years. It's now our chance to use it against them. It will reverse the case. Nothing more but we will be able to gather the support from the world for our cause

So what pakistan achieved in last 65 year by keeping US in their court ??

would like to know any sr. Pakistani membr views

What are Indian reasons for "demanding" it or even "suggesting" ?

The shimla agreement :) well by puting forward this idea India is going to shoot itself in the foot just like you did back when Nehru was incharge.

Winding up? on basis of what?

the reasons put forward by India as basis negate their own reasons if we take up even Shimla agreement.

India is violating every clause of shimla agreement and above all this agreement does not over-rule UN role and Kashmir issue

On basis of bilateral Shimala agreement.

What you are saying is just a claim or allegation. The agreement is documented proof. So it can be done. And more over I guess India is trying to silence the issue internationally and do some bilateral stuff ;)

Only problem to that was US in past. But US in good terms with India now it won't be a problem. Chna can't interfare in it because of its SCS situation. If it support UN mission in Kashmire then it won't have any grounds to keep world out of SCS and to solve issue locally

.
Why keep UN observers on Indian territory? :undecided: It's a violation of our sovereignty. They need to be packed off, pronto!

1. According to UN and also Shimla Agreement Kashmir is a disputed land and not Indian territory.

2. According to Shimla agreement India and Pakistan are bound to govern their relations according to the UN chartered.

3. According to Shimla Agreement the very fist line of the accord said (i) That the principles and purposes of the Charter of the United Nations shall govern the relations between the two countries.
