They aren't permanently here. They keep visiting like trips. No big deal
Nope! They're stationed here permanently. Following renewed hostilities of 1971, UNMOGIP has remained in the area to observe developments pertaining to the strict observance of the ceasefire of 17 December 1971 and report thereon to the Secretary-General.

Though the military authorities of India have restricted the activities of the UN observers on the Indian side of the Line of Control, they have, however, continued to provide accommodation, transport and other facilities to UNMOGIP.

@OrionHunter You see, they did all this LOC drama for taking its use for political purpose as elections are approaching and wanted to bring third parties.

Entire world is seeing who was at fault.

UN missions are formed over a disputed areas where all parties can/won't agree.
This is not the case. We have a agreement here or you want to say Pak don't care the agreement. Well even that is a point won to India - Disrespect to bilateral agreement

Kashmir issue already international one .

As far Beheading drama is concerned indeed Indian drama queens tried to stage it to throw mud on Pakistan but when Pakistan offered a "Neutral investigation into the incident through a third party" then Indians backed off and came with other such dramas and pacifying its public through media fairy tails.

as far as this new suggestion puting forward simla agreement well it is going to further aggrivate things for India not Pakistan since India is even violating this agreement and above all Simla accord also declared Kashmir a disputed land and its position as LoC intact not as International border.

If headley was in pak, he would have been roaming around freely. As things stand, he is in jail. It's better that he stays in an American jail and not an Indian one, so that Indian taxpayers don't have to pay for his expenses. And by the way, Indian authorities have already interrogated him. And he is singing like a canary about Pakistan's terror camps, and the activities going on in the land of the pure. See the other thread about his revelations. He has revealed the role of the LeT, pakisani navy, Zarrar company of the SSG, and ISI, and their unholy nexus.

I wouldn't mention headley as a success story if I were you.
