Looks like C28A or an improved variant of C28A that was exported to Algeria. A distintive feature of type C28A is lack of smoke funnel, and a front hull similar to type 071 and type 055.

Considering the design of the Type 054B is well accepted, I hope on one of the masts they have 360 coverage with EO/IR sensors with very long range coverage. It will help, with the help of fusion with radar data, with the ability to detect small objects and let the ships AI decide what system is best to engage it and how.

Perhaps sensors based on the targeting pod from fighter jets but larger, so they can hopefully see far enough away to pick up sea skimming targets and small objects like submarine periscopes.
