Dates given by each of their own governments. For instance, EU State dates didn't given by Indian government o_O

Even if we take worse case scenario and took the date for EU as 2050, it still doesnt change the fact that we either need to create one good electrical car brand by ourselves, or find one foreign electrical car company to invest in Turkey and produce cars, or we will turn back into 2001 economic crisis o_O We cannot just stand still by exporting potatoes and importing Apple phones/IBM laptops o_O

Brother, One of the best image in the area of spy satellites. 0,7m resolution is the one Israel like states will be worried about, since they have a deal with USA to block the states to observe their lands via satellites with a resolution under the 2,5m. It was the reason Gokturk-1 satellite is delayed. As far as I know, If A state wants to purchase any USA/European/Japanese spy satellite having resolution under 2,5m, They have to accept a term with builder state to guarantee not to observe/share image over Israeli territory. Noone can stop Turkey not to observe any part of the land in World now.
 
The aim is to launch Türksat 5A to its 31° East orbital location by the end of 2020 on a SpaceX Falcon-9 v1.2 rocket.
