1.Turkey does not abide by international law, that is the Law of the Sea. You haven't signed it.
2.Even if you had signed UNCLOS,you wouldn't be getting 50-50 according to the provisions concerning islands.
International law is clear
-- Greece is not archipelagic state
-- Islands can not block Turkish mainland
-- Islands can not generate maritime jurisdiction area
10 km tiny Island can not block 783.562 km² Turkish mainland
therefore British Jersey Island did not generate maritime jurisdiction area .. just 22 km away from French mainland
as international law
Turkiye additionally argues that if a country is composed entirely of islands, these would give rise to areas of maritime jurisdiction, but that a continental country’s maritime jurisdiction should be based on the mainland, and not islands.
so the argument that an island of 10 km2 located only 2 km away from Turkiye and 580 km from the Greek mainland should generate a continental shelf area of 40.000 square km is neither rational nor in line with international law
still dreaming about 10 km2 Kastellerizo Island
Turkiye never allow anyone to steal even 1 km2 from MAVI VATAN
even USA-France can not do it
