It's Turkey that needs to adopt more letters. Particularly the letter x, ň and ä. These are sounds used throughout the Turkic world even in Anatolia that the Turkish alphabet doesn't represent.

The link only mentions Turkey, are other Turkic countries and regions going to introduce similar courses?

Yes all members of the Turkic council will have common Turkic history as an 8th grade subject. By the way, I'm fairly certain that the book was written in Kazakhstan.

They are also turks in south Punjab namely from Chaghtai tribe. Have a few frnds among them. Though they have completely assimilated with us.

Also there are large numbers mughals scattered around Punjab. Dont know about other provinces.
And can you summarize the history of turks in Kashmir. I had never heard of them. And cant really understand Turkish. And can you list the surnames they carry.
