The construction of Turkey’s first indigenously built Multipurpose Amphibious Assault Ship the TCG ANADOLU, which can be configured as a light aircraft carrier will be ready by 2019
After that, we will complete the tests and deliver it

The highly-anticipated attack ship will increase the operational capability of the Turkish Navy

The value of the project is over 1 billion euros
The ship is 232 meters in length, 32 meters in width and 55 meters in height
The ship, which is 68% indigenous, is expected to hit the seas in February 2019

The 2nd Multipurpose Amphibious Assault Ship TCG TRAKYA planned for 2025

TCG ANADOLU can operate a maximum of about 12-14 F-35B’s

I believe its a Spanish Ship. Or atleast based off of Spanish LHD and Turkey probably got some ToT.

The amphibious assault vehicles like ZAHA AAV that those platforms carry is also being developed by Turkish institutes.

We need to outfit these ships with new vehicles, I'd hate to see M48 tanks being launched from these.. FNSS Medium Tanks and Upgraded Leopard 2 would be perfect combination for hitting power, followed by heavy IFV
