Saudi Arabia and Iran are divided by Gulf (Persian/Arab) this gulf is exceedingly wide that the water of the entire Indian ocean can not bridge that bay. Even at the Shah's time when Iran was a puppet of the USA, the relationship could not be termed as cordial between the two sides of the Gulf. At that time it was stemmed from extreme Persian Nationalism and its hatred for Arabs now It is the culmination Zealot Shiite belief of late Ayatollah Khomeini and its hatred for Sunni-Salfai ideology of Saudi Arabians. As prominent Iranian sociopolitical scientist, Sadek Zebahkalam wrote in one of his articles that Persians think that Arabs equally hate them, which only the Arab members of the PDF may corroborate.
Your post is full of ignorance, you have definitely no understanding on ME and Iranians and Arabs.
I don't have the time now,but maybe some other time,I will bring you some more facts. You are talking like it's all Iranian fault and Arabs are completely innocent, and this can only come out of ignorance.
