No less than if BD brought 36 J-10Cs in my opinion.
At least J-10C is defensive whereas T-300B can rain projectile after projectile deep into India from BD

You see people were saying a little while ago that India would "not allow" BD to have an offensive system like this and BD just goes and buys it.

The idea that BD needs "permission" from India to buy military equipment is fiction. It buys according to need and budget.

Not sure whether you missed my tag, but how much would you say for 36 J-10CEs, 3 KJ-500s and the associated infrastructure, maintenance, weapons and training?

Because they don't want to share/disclose there J-10 tech with India. As There is a great possibility that the first thing you will do is to brought the J-10C in DRDO lab and present it to them just like a dog present a ball,which has been thrown by his owner,after catching/Finding it desperately.
J-10 was also offered to PAF in 2005-2008 it rejected by giving 50 problems in its design.
36 J-10s will be a sweet dinner for IAF ,you should bought them in atleast 70 if you want a serious business.

Pakistan did capture Kargil and adjacent. Indian occupied suffered heavy casualties on ground and in the air. You can search it up. Pakistan won that militarily but lost diplomatically or politically because just like you we too have foreign appeasing politicians. Having said all that, Pakistan still holds major peaks in Kargil liberated in 99. Those peaks give clear view of entire surrounding Indian posts and also the main highway /supply route for Indian occupier troops in the region and on siachen. In any future war pakistan can easily cut their supplies by artillery bombing the route or just by heavy machine gun firing to any supply convoys or reinforcements by higher grounds that Pakistan still holds.

India failed to regain/ reoccupy these areas despite trying multiple times after 99.

Similarly in 2019 Pakistani jets pounded about 6 locations in Indian controlled region. Shot 2 of their jets without losing any. India was so frustrated that they were planning to launch missile strike in Pakistan. Pakistan replied by exposing this and making it clear that any missile strike will be dealt accordingly and the nuclear weapons could be used which is how India shit its panties and pulled back.

After 47 both sides knew they cant do anything about the part of Kashmir held by the adversary. We fought wars in hope that local population will help us but they didn't and we failed. Whatever hope was left went into the bin when both countries got nukes. Pakistan knows it can't do anything about the other part of Kashmir and so does India. Modi created a picture of bravado in his home which now he has to maintain. Nukes won't deter India to try 26 Feb. again but they will make sure that Indians stay on their side of the border.

Regarding Indo-Bangladesh relations, you need to have good relations with them for atleast 10 years meanwhile erecting your defences. If India has sense they will maintain good relations with you as with increase of US influence in India they will pressure India against China and India can't have tensions on all its three borders.

Credible reports already say they offered J-10CE to BD.
India has zero ability to absorb J-10C tech anyway.

BD is also negotiating with US for F-16.

How about JF-17 Thunder block 2+or block3

But in brotherly advice you should rather go for mig-35....Similar to mig-29

Those two aircraft will be destroyed by Rafale and Russia is not reliable against India.

F-16V is very costly....
J-31 will be operational in 10 years then you should opt for it.

US will not sell F-16V to BD.
BD and US are currently negotiating for F-16s, probably refurbished Block 50/52s with AIM-120( not the long range D model though)
J-10CE comes with 140kn WS-10B engine and so it can compete with the Rafale in T/W ratio and as it is also a delta-canard also in the high altitude manoeuvrability, to allow long range BVR shots using it's AESA radar and PL-15 missile.
