the video which was shot by indian soldiers and posted online about the exchange of vetbal fight between them and Chinese soldiers simply shows that Chinese were exhibiting utmost trefrain while indian soldiers with their pathetic English were yelling like street boys.

Things to consider :

1. Pak - China must have a treaty like India - Bhutan which would amount to a tacit acceptance of Pak being unable to look after itself.
2. This would leave the world free to make counter alliances leading to creation of bolcs like during the cold war.
3. The UN resolution is not enforceable, for China to use this as a pretext as suggested , a UN SC resloution is necessary which is a non starter.

None of your points worth considering.

1- Pak-China strategic alliance is obvious even to a blind person. World knows about it. And alliance dont mean that one side cannot look after itself, its more to do with each side rubbing each other back.
2- This has already taken place, you just seems not aware of the new multipolar world.
3- If Iraq can be bombed on the pretext of UN, east temor can be made a separate entity on the bases of UN, Kashmir is the oldest agenda on the UN table. There are many UN resolution already passed by SC regarding kashmir dispute, no need for new one. Just implementation is now needed.

Think over it, its a very practical solution, Its will save your misplaced egos to be busted if Pakistani army marched into Srinagar , instead PLA can enter as peace keepers, disarming Indian army , forcing them to leave IOK and forming a DMZ between Pak Army and Indian, which will comprise all of IOK. It will also give respite to Kashmirs from their daily sufferings at the hands of Indian forces. The next step would be the plebiscite.

Which one is enforceable by force ?

The right to vote and exercise the human right to choose (between Paksitan and India) is one of them.
