The word "Shaheed" and dead Indian soldiers

Who will decide if a Muslim soldier dying for what cause? You or Allah??

Anyone dying for a non muslim state is a simple case of dying for kufr and hence not a shaheed.

I dont mind to use other words for our dead soldiers . But the problem startd when some Pakistanis becomes thekedaar of Indian Muslims and their faith.
You are a separate country now and very very new one. So invent something your own. Don't try to be "thekedaar" of the whole Muslim world.
You should not tell what word we should use for our died soldiers.

Pakistanis are not becoming thekedar of anything. Actually you are looking like fools by calling your soldiers shaheed which is a purely Islamic terminology and has its own religious meaning.

Ask scholars from any other country other than Pakistan. From Iran, from Saudi Arabia, From Egypt, from Indonesia.

All have categorically said that non muslim soldier dying for a non muslim state is not a shaheed. It is a general consensus of muslims on this issue.

Nope. For a shaheed you would have to die defending a muslim state or a muslim nation.

Martyr is not an accurate translation of the word Shaheed. Shaheed means Witness in literal terms. For example, the Muslim declaration of becoming a Muslim is called Shahadat. You bear witness to the truth. So in Islam people who die in way of Allah are called Shaheed because their actions are the greatest testament of truth. They offer their lives to bear witness to the truth.
