A certain, non-Pulse Doppler, passive radar is supposed to be watching, filling the gap, so to speak.

In PAF abbotabad comes under western/northern front , Current location of LLR's fall under the wing which cover af-pak border.
I Do know that there were 332 violations on our western border in year of 2012-13 and Americans were surprised how come we are detecting them.

Stealth does'nt mean it is wearing solomon's hat. Active and passive stealth both can be neutralised. Uncle Sam should refrain from misadventures, it would not be pleasant.
