The Conflict in Syria as it Relates to Turkey | Updates & Discussions

i say : esege (isid) gucu yetmiyor oruspu cocuklarinin semerine(Turkiye ye) vuruyorlar ..

I think this thread is getting too much heated, and every one needs to stay away from keyboard for some time.
@Alienoz_TR i agree with many stuff that you say, but you have a very wrong mindset about alevis and Shiites. Don't forget that between 1/3 to1/2 of oghuz Turks are alevi/Shiite and as I have noticed they are more loyal to Ataturk's principle and turkiye than average, which totally makes sense, since without Ataturk's principles, secularism, ... They are the ones who would lose the most. Sometime I feel you assume that Shiite=Iran, alevi = Assad, which is a very wrong approach.
About Kurds, koubani was very symbolic for them and losing it is literally a nightmare for their Kurdish nationalism sentiments. Anyway, they would cool down after a few days, so we don't need to make a big deal out of nothing.

You dont know anything about Alevis in Turkey. You can teach me Jafari school, ok. But not the political Alevism here.

Actually Alevism distance Alevi Turkmens from national unity, pushing them to the arms of Nusayris and Dersimli Kurds. I do say Dersim, because it means more than Tunceli.

the positive side is that pkk proved to be incompetent which would reduce support for them in future and weakens their position in peace process.

USA try to dictate Turkey its role through Kurdish revolts. Turkey doesnt follow US lead lately. Now Americans and Kurds do things differently.

it is time to be ONE who loves our country..any race or religion does not matter!!!..
A Kurd/Arab can never love Turkey as much as an actual Turk.
This state of view is why all Turkic empires fell in the past and why Islam in the end lost

This is kinda off-topic but we Turkics were always tolerant accepting people of other faith and ethnicy and what happened?
Backstabbed, murdered, oppressed by former neighbours/allies who just waited to throw the stupid Turk out.

well I know much less about alevis compared to my knowledge about Shiites and sunnis, that I agree.
But your argument about them doesn't seem to be logical for me either. I can understand if they have positive feelings about non-Turk alevis which makes sense, but it doesn't mean that they would side against Turkish republic along with some Kurds. That's too far fetched.
about US, they would normally try to put pressure on turkiye but it doesn't mean that they would support the current vandalism of a few youngsters which would cool down soon. that's a too pessimisticic view.

10 casualties, I assume 90% are PKK.

Of course many are nationalist but many are see their religion (Alevi) as their ethnicy.
You ask them what they are they will tell you Alevi instead of Kürt or Türk this isnt healthy or normal

off topic:
I have constantly seen farsis and Kurds insulting Ataturk and turkiye in farsi speaking social networks in these days.
What the hell these ungrateful uncivilized creatures want from us or expect from us?
Do they think that we should always save their *** like their western daddies?
have they forgot how they have made trouble and expect us to help pkk? Does their brain even work?
Anyway, based on what they did to Turkmen refugees in Iraq, turkiye should not have even let them in, and should have let them be slaughtered by IS.
anyway, these creatures need to learn to be respectful , which understanding it is far from their mental capabilities. So, based on the next target of IS which would be hasakeh, Turkish government should implement exactly same policy as what they did in ain al Arab, again.

The thing is those troublemakers are always looking for an excuse to riot, we need someone like Tansu Ciller in these times.
