The proof has been shared with respective governments. If you notice from history, proof is normally not released to public until states believe it. It is shared with states. That has been done. And world powers are ran by their interests. It's not in US interests to stop indian terrorism.
Again, the problem with GoP is it's not taking the proof to UN or something. GoA might be pressuring GoP in not doing so because it is not in US interests if india involvement becomes public. We know the proof exists, we know india is heavily involved in supporting terrorism. It has shared the proof with the states involved.
