Overseas Indians are the 0.1% of the high caste who got money and made it out of India taking their talents and money to the West so obviously they commit less crime than the normal indians. Overseas Indians never represent India as a whole it is ridiculous to assume so and it tells us that Indian elites wish to leave india asap and thats called brain drain. You can never be a decent country if ur best and richest always try to leave ur country ASAP. China use to have the exact same problem but now most Chinese rich/elites stay in China because the country fixed up its infrastructure, pollution, gdp per capita and offer more services than any other country to live in.

Therefore comparing overseas indians with asylum seekers or refugees from congo who can't read/write is ridiculous. You never take the 0.1% of a population of highest birth and compare them against a population of the lowest birth. Even the Chinese who go overseas are often the ones who failed their academic studies in China due to high competition and are middle class people who wants to get a degree in the West. They are not high born rich people like the indian migrants.

That's great it's obvious India's domestic economy cannot keep up with the growing population. Also Indian diaspora is so prominent globally that you can find them at all positions from the Governments, to businessmen to factory workers and other blue collar positions. Looks like Taiwan wants the additional manpower to help them handle their local Industries, health sector etc. Taiwan does have an aging population.
Israel and India are holding similar talks but that's mostly only for labour class workers, Taiwan wants an educated specialised workforce from their requirements. Likely to work in their fabs and stuff. These people will send remittance back and it will directly increase Taiwanese FDI movement to India.

Even among the so called "lower classes", which technically do not exist in the West, but let's say they do, even in those lower class masses you rarely see any Caucasian women with minority men. You could spend your whole life looking and never see an Indian dude date a female outside his ethnicity. There are occasional mixed race couples but they're very rare.

Out of the millions of Indians, Brown and Black men living in the West, you rarely see any Caucasian women, even from lower classes, choosing to be with them.
