Russia is clearly pushing Finland into NATO. This situation inevitably is the main dynamic that affects the opinion of the Finnish public.

Since Finland was part of Russia, it wouldn't matter what they did, dare or not. They are next on the list. Probably why they are freaking out over Finland joining NATO before they can deal with Ukraine and Moldova.

Russia has no plans of invading Finland if Finland stay away from NATO. Ukraine was invaded for a reason and if Finland wont behave like Ukraine there will not be any Russian invasion. Finns are miscalculating this , or simply in the bad influence of UK , US. This is the decision they will regret mark my words.
This will disturb the whole geo political situation of Europe.

If we wanted to leave NATO,Turkey would act as the boogeyman. They would use Turkey to keep us in NATO.

The problem is that when a cat is cornered,it attacks. And if the Russians feel surrounded on all corners and feel desperate,they might even use small nukes against Finland and Sweden. Or lots of ballistic missiles.
