Then watch 1. Watch 2. Then watch 3.

4, 5 and 6 came first 1 , 2 and 3 came after that but you can watch it in order of series for the flow of the story line ...

There's a lot of cloning in Star Wars. You can't be sure the Emperor and Vader are dead. Also Luke's hand is somewhere and it could be cloned into a Sith.

4, 5, 1, 2, 3, 6. Known as the Ristor Order. Keeps all reveals at the right time. 4 and 5 are the main story, 1, 2 and 3 are the backstory that catches you up, then 6 as the finale. Some suggest omitting ep 1 as it was relatively poor, but I thought it was ok. Has issues, but not a complete disaster as some claim.
