Days after Pakistan urged the international community to take notice of “Shiv Sena’s terrorist activities”, the Hindu right-wing party has thanked Islamabad for calling it a terrorist organisation.
“If Pakistan considers us as its enemy, it is a matter of pride. It is like getting Mahavir Chakra,” an editorial in Shiv Sena’s mouthpiece, Saamna, stated.
“Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray had said that it was a matter of pride for him to be in the hit list of Pakistani terror groups. Pakistan’s appeal from the international community against Shiv Sena is a stamp on our pure nationalism,” the article titled Shiv Sena ko Mahavir Chakra, Shukriya Pakistan said, according to India Today.
Last week, Pakistan appealed to the international community to take sharp note of what it called ‘the terrorist activities’ of India’s far-right Shiv Sena in a move likely to exacerbate ties between the two nuclear-armed neighbours.
“I agree with you that the international community should take note of the terrorist activities of this organisation. We have repeatedly expressed our concern on its activities,” Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Qazi Khalilullah said.
Shiv Sena, an ally of India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has been in the headlines in recent weeks for its anti-Pakistan rhetoric and activities. The group, which is notorious for violence, has targeted even high-profile visitors from Pakistan including former foreign minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri and Ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali, and more recently, forced the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to cancel talks with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to revive bilateral cricketing ties.
TRIBUNE REPORT via Times Of India
How much you people talk and give little importance to the things which are hidden inside this report/news/article. First look at the mentality of the reporter who used the report of the Times of India report as the reference. Now why would this news important to pakistan, why would they bother what shiv sena is doing in india, after all it is not sending its jehadi to wage war in karachi or any part of the country. If I would have been a Pakistani citizen, than I should feel little bit disappointing and sad for the views of the world that Pakistan is the heaven for the terrorists and safe house. And many terrorists, and terror attack linked directly or indirectly toward pakistan. So for most of the Pakistani the enemy nation or any organization if somehow is also labeled as terrorist would make them feel good WHY ? Because Atleast Now we are in the same group. They are not happy because Shiv Sena herself is admitting what Pakistan is critisizing for any love to the Minority but, they are happy because Atleast, they could point out to some international recognized Hindu terrorist group. Same logic is also applied for the pakistani members here in PDF community.
Any negative title against India attracts them like magnet and prompt them to open the thread quickly.
Now dissecting the news article closely
“If Pakistan considers us as its enemy, it is a matter of pride. It is like getting Mahavir Chakra,” an editorial in Shiv Sena’s mouthpiece, Saamna, stated.
Why didn't he posted or provided the link to the whole editorial of SAAMNA and just a small part from it. Atleast the editor must have given some of his reason to backed or support his saying. An example I was reading a thread US to operate ‘wherever’ international law allows in S. China Sea: Admiral
Now I take one part from that news
“International seas and airspace belong to everyone and are not the dominion of any single nation,” Admiral Harry Harris said
And put in the article with US and Russian involvement in Syria. What does it indicates, and how the meaning of the same saying changes.

Shiv Sena is ally of BJP-- ally what ally in forming government in state Maharastra because there is no clear winner in the state election apart from congress and others or ally of all the terrorist activities. The group, which is notorious for violence thats the correct word not the terrorist for anti-pakistani rhetoric and activities in INDIA OR PAKISTAN.

Now this is super bumber, first quoting nuclear armed neighbours shows equality on the basis of nuclear weapon, now also trying to show a fear that shiv sena could trigger the nuclear clash. Think logically, why would an Indian bother what Talibaan is doing in Pakistan, whether they fight, bomb a kitchen box or play Kabbadi with the Rangers unless or untill they harm India directly or indirectly.
I was trying to figure out who are these Shiv Sena, and what actually they try to proove by doing such things-- whether to come in limelight, or to fulfill their political objectives with the Maharastran and maratha votes. I did some readings and try to understand with my own littlebit brain and came to some conclussion.
1. This Party is not different with other Regional parties of India, including BSP, or SP who are very effective in the areas where they try to become their representative.
2. No doubt they are nationalist, but they are somehow don't shy to express their voilent displays.
3. This question keeps me wondering, why didn't they ask Ambani to go back to Gujraat or other filmstars to their respective states, if they were involved in the communal voilence. This question I leave it to the readers for some time, because my fingers got tired, and need rest before I typed the rest
