Saudi F-15 deal delayed

Still, once you guys get those F-15s and Eurofighters, your airforce would a great help, and for the first time since the creation of Israel an Arab country would have an Airforce that can give Israel's airforce a good fight. Not because Arabs have bad pilots, but the technological gap was huge for the Arabs to overcome, and the training wasn't even that good.

As for Egyptian to work in Saudi Arabia, i think a lot of Egyptian do work in Saudi Arabia already, but as you all know due to over population, corruption, ect.., the Egyptian education system is way worse than before, and i sadly think it is harder for an Egyptian to get a job now, compared to the 20's, 30s, 40's, 50's, 60s, 70's and even 80's when Egypt had one of the best education system in the region, or the world before the 50's. it doesn't make sense for Saudi Arabia to hire Egyptians(which they already do) when they can get better and cheaper labor from some where else. Best case would be Saudi investing in Egypt education system, but i don't know if that could actually work.

Wither we will get the F-15s or not depends on the US veto. We have worked 10 years for this moment and we will not waste it now. Since 99% the US will veto the Palestinian state I don't think we will be getting those on the other hand we have a whole other market that is backing the bid on our disposal:

Saudi Arabia needs to develop its own weapons. If Saudis can overcome the religious thing, Russia would be an excellent partner for Saudi-Russian Joint Venture. With the Saudi Financing and Russian State of the Art Technology, excellent weapons could be built for Saudi Air Force, Army and Navy.

Pakistan learnt the hard way not to rely on US and developed its own Fighter Aircrafts with Joint Ventures with China and the future looks bright for this relationship.

I think the Saudi Military is ok however the best Arab Military is Egyptian Military, Egypt > Saudi Military, only thing Egypt Lacks is better weapons and a bigger defense budget which Saudi Arabia has.

yeah thats all good I think if the Israeli's offered more then cold peace and helped the Egyptians in science ,medicine, agriculture then maybe it would been different wasn't that Geezer peres talking about some kind of Iphone Gen with the Arabs of the Mid east ?

We still have to see. Even though all indications for me suggests other wise at least but you are right I am not 100% sure yet.

I don't think this very true, i think the quality of the Egyptian weapon excluding the Air Force is as good as any countries in the Middle East, including Israel.

If you remember, most Egyptian were happy about the peace deal with Isreal when it was first signed because not just Egypt got its land back, but also because it was suppose to be a frame work for a final solution for the middle east crisis. But over the years, it has been proved that Israel doesn't want to recognize the simplest rights for the Palestinians, and it is very hard for the average Egyptian to accept and kind of relations with israel other than Cold peace. I am not saying this is my opinion, but this is what the vast majority of Egyptians would say.
