I wish we get to export more technology and services in future as our economy needs to distant itself from fossil fuel.

The MAIN thing missing from Iran's Economy is a proper Tourism industry that is effecting various industries in Iran and we all know why that is and it has NOTHING to do with sanctions!

And if your policies have destroyed the countries tourism industry then you NEED to invest in the country Military R&D and Military Industry and allow the military to spear head technological development in the country! You can't fail on both counts and expect everything to be hunky dory!

When it comes to materials, skilled workers, technology development, tool,.... In almost every aspect a countries military needs to spearhead technological growth

For example
One of the many and positive byproduct of developing an advanced fighter jet is the development of a titanium industry that would serve various industries & increase the verity & quality of various Iranian products

One of the many by products of producing 100% Iranian destroyer is the development of skilled workers that will end contributing to Iran's civil ship industry

One of the many by products of producing Tanks & artillery is developing the tools that can also be used to build drills for your oil industry...
