That is good I hope the US and Israel don’t interfere with this route. There is nothing wrong with economic uplift from this route for trade and connecting villages.

Well for security of Engineers , recommended 1-2 Military brigade move with Engineers for security and faster development of road
It would be temporary move into Syria eastern Syria after road is complete the units can head back to Iran , I am sure Syria would not have an issue as they would also be making a road from Western side

Look like I.R policy is to make regional trade and economical agreement to deepen the tight with positive neighbors and reduce any possible tensions by making more common and beneficial interests rather than odds .... a sound policy in region ...
we can Ask Turkeministan , Azerbaijan , Aremnia , Qatar and Kuwait and Afghanistna to join this project and connect themselves to this way and make it more profitable for all sides ...
we should have something like this with Azerbaijan and Georgia to have direct access to Black sea ...

I am sure we have more trade and business with Afghanistan than Europe now.
(good, I'm happy for that because that awake us)All of look west and trade with Europe policy of Rouhani failed miserably.
I think best solution for us is looking to our neighbors and cement out ties and trades with them specially countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Stria, Azerbaijan and all of the Central Asian countries.
We should cut our ties to the west entirely. They don’t like us, they backstabbed us and will always continue to do so because they see us as inferior human beings. I wish we could get some modern passenger jets though, but they won’t even sell us that. So f them. Why rely on such people that won’t even sell us civilian aircraft? Why rely on people that are blocking aid when we got hit by devastating flood? Why rely on people that won’t trade with us just because US said so? It’s time to realize that the west and Iran will NEVER form ties that benefit us. Zarif should go out in public and announce that we completely severe our ties to the west and give an explanation for why.

“The railway is to facilitate better trade links, making it easier to get across quite a large terrain,” said Simon Mabon, director of SEPAD, a collaborative project aimed at understanding proxy conflicts. “They’re able to save themselves logistical heartache with the Strait of Hormuz and the Indian Ocean which is a win for Tehran.”
