The Russian president has repealed the ban prohibiting the delivery of S-300 missile air defense systems to Iran, according to the Kremlin's press service. The ban was introduced by former President Dmitry Medvedev in 2010.

“[The presidential] decree lifts the ban on transit through Russian territory, including airlift, and the export from the Russian Federation to the Islamic Republic of Iran, and also the transfer to the Islamic Republic of Iran outside the territory of the Russian Federation, both by sea and by air, of air defense missile systems S-300,” says the information note accompanying the document, RIA Novosti reported.

The decree enters into force upon the president’s signature.

فرمانده قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم‌الانبیاء(ص) از انتشار اخباری خوب از باور ۳۷۳ (اس ۳۰۰ ایرانی) در روز ۲۹ فروردین امسال خبر داد و اعلام کرد: دستاوردهای ما در حوزه موشکی، راداری و شنود الکترونیکی خواهد بود.
به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی شبکه خبر، امیر فرزاد اسماعیلی از رونمایی جدیدترین دستاوردهای پدافند هوایی در روز 29 فروردین امسال همزمان با روز ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران خبر داد.
باور 373 سامانه موشکی زمین به هوای برد بلندی است که متخصصان کشورمان در حال طراحی و ساخت آن هستند.

به گزارش تسنیم این سامانه مدل بومی شده اس-300 روسیه است و به گفته مقامات کشورمان این سامانه خلاءهای سامانه موشکی اس-300 را برطرف کرده است.

این سامانه قادر به پاسخگویی تهدیدها در برد کوتاه، متوسط و بلند است.

وی افزود: ان‌شاءالله از باور373 (اس300 ایرانی) در این روز (29 فروردین) خبرهای خوبی خواهیم داشت.

That might be the case, but Iran has yet to develop a system that is on par with the S-300. Regardless, Iran paid for these systems so they will receive them as promised, probably even with compensation due to the late delivery. You should be happy.

no nothing at all not cent .
with repair and add money for 2 more battery which the Russian ask us to pay we paid 1.2 million dollars. the original contract was 800 million and then Russia was not delivering the system and they came up with excuse of the system are old and it need repairs this is when we upgrade the military protocol and paid the extra money for repair and bought 2 more batteries

How about insted you teach me with your infinite knowledge on the Iranian defence industry. Tell me, which systems did Iran develop that is on par with S-300. Hint: Incase you might have missed it, but Bavar is not even developed yet.

Thats not for you to decide.

From what i can see, the Iranians are eager to get the S-300, with good reason since the S-300 is a proven platform. They declined any other offer by the Russians and insisted on receiving the S-300, even recently when Russia offered Antei-2500. Am i wrong?

Lol what, building EMP bombs take such a shitt ton of effort, money and development that no poor country can even afford to buy them, let alone build them. Though i would prefer Stand-off Jammers when against anti-air systems, Turkey had great succes with jamming Greek S-300 in the past, effectivly rendering them useless for a while. Dont know if Iran has such systems.

Lol what, building EMP bombs take such a shitt ton of effort, money and development that no poor country can even afford to buy them, let alone build them. Though i would prefer Stand-off Jammers when against anti-air systems, Turkey had great succes with jamming Greek S-300 in the past, effectivly rendering them useless for a while. Dont know if Iran has such systems.
