where did i drag religion? i already said i have no problem with islam. i have problem with muslims of south asia. that means i am against particular group of people because of their wrong doing in past. and i want it should not happen in future.
Hindu Rashtra means Nation for Hindus so that no other religion will have any right to demand partition on the basis of religion.
minorities will get equal rights same way as in Pakistan where minorities are getting equal rights.
minorities will be free to practice their faith in Hindu Rashtra.
there can not be unity between Hindu and muslims. so get over of this unity in diversity.
History always teaches us lessons. we should not repeat mistakes made in past. biggest mistake was we thought we can live with muslims.

Arre bhai I am not saying you are anti Hindu, I was just pointing out instances where people jumped the gun and falsely blamed/accused RSS and other groups for attacking their faith.

We have a constitution because we chose to define ourselves as a nation state which is a universal modern phenomenon but secularism was borne out of conflict between the church and the state in Europe which was not universal phenomenon then nor is it today. Adopting some measures of modern ideas fitting with 21st century does not mean irrational adoption of everything Western and becoming their clones losing our identity in the process. Secularism no more prevents religious freedom from the whims and fancies of the ruler than Hinduism does as has been seen in India. If anything secularism in India has been a vehicle to destroy Hindu religion and impose Christianity and Islam on India.

Well, my friend, insertion of secularism does prevent erosion of religious freedom.If it weren't for it being a part of constitution, we wouldn't be discussing it. Instead, many of secular credentials of our nation would have been eroded.

Yes, secularism is precious and we should guard it. It some times looks funny that on international front Indians boast of having unity in diversity and in same breadth opposes Secularism, the cause of Unity in diversity.

Like we don't hear about them? one person from unknown group says something idiotic and it becomes national news only because he/she wear saffron robe, whereas we don't get to hear about nonsense spewed by people like this "preacher". He came to limelight because he played a victim and got exposed and never heard of again. People like him come out of woods to play victim every now and then claiming how Hindus are not allowing them to practice their religion.
