Reversing thinning hair - possible treatments?

.
Its genetics. My grand father,my father and his brother all are bald headed. On my mother's side all her siblings had white hair in their teenage years.
the whitening of hair at a young age is due to a nutrition deficiency in selenium. My hair started to go white when I was 22. Another factor is stress too.

I want to give a warning to members.

I had good hair three years ago. My hairstyle was similar to the below :

And then I made the mistake of not looking at the expiry date of the shampoo. I used this shampoo for one or two months. Now, there is a big bald patch on the crown of the head and the remaining hair has become rough.

So please be careful about your shampoo.

Also, I want to go in for a hair transplant in a year or so.

Hi

I'm 27 and since at least last year I have came to the realisation chunks of my hair are thinning to the point where it's barely visible (when they fall out), also when I did ustra last year, I noticed my hair from the front has ceded at least an inch on both sides.

I believe poor diet and heavy dandruff are the primary cause (blocking hair follicles), which I foolishly neglected for many years.... The diet bit I'm sorting out, also using a specialist shampoo (but its filled with harsh chemicals)..

Thus I'm looking for proven natural remedies which control dry scalp and reverse thinning hair.. I have heard good things about black seed oil/ caster oil.. any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm also looking into FUE hair transplant, which is quite expensive in the UK and I am hoping it does not come to it.. In the meantime I plan to see a dermatologist, but the waiting times are usually long and you have to jump through many hoops as our national health service is taking a nosedive..
Try to add some real khopra and sesame seeds to your diet. It will take almost 1 year to see the result. Make powder out of them, drink one table spoon of both mixed with milk daily.

I have seen very promising result for my cousin with a particular brahmi oil which has its roots inside the bottle. He not only stopped hair loss completely, but also started regrowth.

Cannot seem to recollect the brand name as its not a famous one. I'll ask him and post the name here afterward.

This stuff is hereditary, I doubt your lifestyle is to blame.

Also, you can't really fix it once it's gone unless you go for hair transplants. And trying to preserve whatever you have left also has its own issues, since these products can produce nasty side effects for many people.

Just embrace being bald.

Are you satisfied with the results ?

Couldn't tell. It will depend on your particular reason for hair loss.

However I think that this is so important for health that absolutely everybody should do it. For the pious muslims, this is a sunnah.

Work on your health.

Get as many blood tests done firstly to find out exactly what deficiencies exist. Go private for these tests if need be - fly to Pakistan and get them all done there.

As for genetics, some diseases only are passed in genes. We rubbish everything with this genetics mantra.

Focus on what's going on inside you before the hair. Hair loss is an indicator of worse to hit so stop that first.

Rogaine and Propecia and a multivitamin; Vitamin E oil may also help.

Excuse my ignorance, but I don't know what 'khopra' is.. I googled it and it showed some sugary type of snacks.. which surely can't be good for the health?

So young...How much water do you drink a day? Your hair most probably needs water

I know... I never did really drink water.. I only had it through Tea, juices and energy drinks if that counts.. but I'm turning over a new leaf and starting with a bottle and gradually increase intake
