Actually it's most likely to be you that will run away hence (minus 50k)
Seriously though if you can contribute in any meaningful way then go ahead... if not then there's always the kids section, you'll most likely find someone who's willing to play 'shopkeeper'

there is no such thing as a "remedy" to regrow hair, only temporary cover ups. they say "rogain" helps but well, it helps some but gives most some serious hormonal side effects with next to no hair growth...what you can you do is get hair implants from Pakistan...my cousin got it in Pakistan and looks perfectly natural. But since it isn't nature, it only lasts 1 year after which you need to back and get another session of implants.

If it does come to implant's its most definitely will be done within Europe.. I was leaning towards Turkey due to it being very cheap and a popular destination for FUE implants, though I am concerned about safety standards and expertise, so I will need to do rigorous research on potential clinics. Pakistan is out off the question.. for obvious reasons..

If his implants only lasted a year, then it was not done correctly, from what I read it supposed to be permanent.. or maybe his other hair fell out...

IF BALDNESS IS NOT IN YOUR GENES

Ask your doctor if you can use Minoxidil.

In addition:

Eat fish rich in Omega 3, 2-3 servings a week, Liver 1-2 servings a week, massage your scalp 2-3 times a week before going to bed with olive or essential oils, rest of the days with black seed oil, always wash your hair with anti-thinning shampoo, eat one avocado, and apple/ pomegranate everyday, eat free range omega 3 rich eggs 2-3 times a week, AND if you find Fagonia Indica plant leaves or pure powder, drink one cup tea of this plant every day after any meal. ALSO.. do a lot of exercise to keep yourself stress free (hard exercise kicks out stress.. a scientific fact)

Tell us the result in 6 months. It should at least stop your hair loss further.. but 75% chances are your hair will regrow/ reappear.

IF BALDNESS IS IN YOUR GENES

Go for hair transplant.

I actually know of two remedies which may work....

I went to my mechanic Dave yesterday (I think he’s crazy and for some reason I think he’s installed a speed limiter on my car) and he has a friend in Turkey who uses the following ointment (check pic) and apparently his hair has regrown...but it’s not easy...it looks quite horrible actually, you’l see what I mean when you google it

The price is in Turkish lira

I learnt of the second potential remedy from a friend who I read namaz with. He orders it from bham and he showed me the results...his hair has actually grown back...so it might be worth a try for some. I can get the details if anyone is interested

Yes get the details if you can please.. I will also look into that Turkish product you posted, I'm staying away from chemicals and products similar to Minoxidil, which have severe side effects.. so i'll check the ingredients

@PakSword
Thanks, I was going to incorporate some of those things anyway.. can't use eggs because apparently got an egg allergy class 3.. but will look into the rest.. Hair transplant will be my last resort if I see no change or worsening hair.. I may update everyone after 6-12 months (if I remember this thread)..

Side effects of Minoxidil are not sever. but anyway, since it's a medicament, I asked you to check with your doctor.

You need to take a lot of vitamin B, that's why I said liver and eggs, and a lot of folate containing foods, such as pomegranate, apples and mangoes..

Don't eat eggs, but then increase your fish intake.

Exercise is a must! and a lot of it..

minoxidil side effects include possible erectile dysfunction, also since it synchronizes hair life cycle once you stop using it, chunks of your hair fall out together, so you have to constantly take it to keep hair in that 'growth phase'

My cousin just got it done for 40k rupees by a couple from Lahore. They’ve done hundreds of transplants and have even trained Turkish doctors. Everything is going well for him so far and it’s already been 10 days. The procedure took about 6 to 7 hours.

I know... I never did really drink water.. I only had it through Tea, juices and energy drinks if that counts.. but I'm turning over a new leaf and starting with a bottle and gradually increase intake

good...Still in my early 20s, idk why but i started losing hair for a few weeks a few months ago, looked for solutions online so i just opted for drinking water...4 litres a day fixed it for me...hopefully it works inshAllah

red /infrared light therapy brushes.

Hair growth laser combs, the results are not really conclusive from what I read, and the pictures usually plastered on the internet (before/after) are just marketing crap a lot of the time.. although similarly I was previously looking at LLLT (low level laser treatment) clinic, which is just like laser hair removal but in reverse, though I'm not sure if its as effective as they are claiming it to be.. supposedly it works by stimulating the scalp allowing better blood flow to hair follicles...however there could be potential cancer risks..
